Refund policy

Return Policy:

We want you to be satisfied with your purchase. If not, returns are easy.

Return Period: You have 30 days from receiving your order to return items. Items must be unused, in original condition, and packaging.

How to Return:

2. Pack: Please kindly repack the goods I the original packaging or similar.
3. Ship: Send pack to our Pudo Box or company Address. 

Refunds: Refunds will be processed to your original payment method after we receive and inspect your return.

Exchanges Contact us to arrange exchanges.

Damaged/Defective Items: Report within 7 days for a replacement or refund.

Return Shipping: We cover costs if the return is our error. Otherwise, you pay for return shipping.
